Wicker Riverside benefits from being located less than a mile from Sheffield city centre on Wicker Island overlooking the River Don. The South Yorkshire city has seen a massive amount of growth on the back of its extensive regeneration in recent years that is only set to continue.
Sheffield is considered one of the northern economic powerhouses, it’s a thriving hub with a population of 560,000 people. The metropolitan district of Sheffield is much larger, with more than 1.8 million people living in the surrounds of the city.
