Why Developers Market Properties Off-market.

Here at Pure Investor, we work with a wide range of off-plan and completed property developments, the vast majority of which come to us through our extensive network of property developers throughout the UK. As with all property markets, developers are often focused on generating sales to support their wider development and business continuity initiatives.

Some developers prefer to sell the full development without actively marketing the development to wider market forces. Other developers simply use off-market sales to drive sales revenues without compromising the wider sales and marketing efforts. As such, certain deals are retained in an off-market centre to ensure prices are protected in other markets.

In todays interconnected world, where a quick search provides various prices on the same property, this 'off-market' means of promotion is becoming increasingly important to developers seeking to generate sales revenue.
