X1 Cheltenham Place - Construction Update 28th November 2022.

As part of our comprehensive aftersales service, the team at Pure Investor will be making regular visits to the X1 Cheltenham Place development to ensure our investors are kept as up-to-date as possible. Alongside our own construction updates from the development, we will also be ensuring our clients are kept up to date with all correspondence from the developers direct. With large numbers of our investors being based outside of the UK, or from outside of the Greater Manchester region, we understand that this level of service provides the confidence and assurance that many of our investors are looking for.

This latest video was taken at the construction site of X1 Cheltenham Place on the 28th November, and as you will note the extensive clearance work has now commenced on site. This is excellent news for investors on the project, particularly the ones who purchased in the very early launch stages.

As you will note from the video, the new X1 Cheltenham Place development is in close proximity to the hugely successful X1 The Campus development across the road. Both developments are just a short walking distance from the main campus of the University of Salford, home to over 21,000 full-time students.
