Vita Student Launch Show Unit For Students Seeking Accommodation In Liverpool

Vita Student, one of the UK's leading developers of student accommodation have recently launched a new show apartment in Liverpool, designed to raise brand awareness ahead of the launch of their three new student developments in the city centre over the next 12 months.

The show unit, which will be located close to the main campus of John Moores University is fully furnished, giving students a glimpse of the high specification finishes which will be available in Vita Students new developments in Crosshall Street.

The studio units at Vita look set to be finished to a high standard, and all will offer full ensuite facilities along with American style galley kitchens.

Vita Student has launched three new developments in the city centre, Vita at Tinlings, The Chapel and Crosshall Street. Refurbishment work is already underway at the Chapel and Tinlings, with developments due to open their doors to students in time for the academic intake in September 2013. Work is due to start on Vita at Crosshall Street early in 2014. Despite the increased numbers of new student property developments in Liverpool now available, the Vita projects have proven hugely popular with investors keen to capitalise on the demand for high quality accommodation in the city.
