Silkhouse Court | March Construction Update

Construction on Silkhouse Court is well underway and on course to complete in Q2 2018. The show apartment is completed on the ground floor, showing the contemporary interior design used throughout each unit.

All the wall partitions and installation is now in place across all floors, alongside the second fix being completed. The installation of glazing on upper floors is now in progress.

When completed Silkhouse Court will comprise of 193 residential apartments, with some of the top floor apartments boasting views over Liverpool city centre and the River Mersey. Being located in the business district also means Silkhouse Court is within walking distance to Albert Dock, Liverpool One shopping centre and the stunning St. John’s Gardens.
