Nurtur is progressing well with brickwork now completed on the ground floor and continuing on all upper levels. Bathrooms have been installed for the majority of rooms and the rooftop terrace is now accessible for the onsite team. The Redcare lines are also on order for the lifts.

The site is awaiting installation of the large banners to advertise the rooms, which will be approximately 14 metres each and will be displayed on each side of the building. The University of Sheffield has now closed for the remainder of the term but anticipate no delays for September.

Located in central Sheffield, Nurtur provides well-designed, spacious and high-quality student studios with separate areas for students to socialise, relax and work. Residence can wind down with yoga classes on the rooftop, spinning classes in the gym, movie and game nights in the cinema room and a ‘smart laundry’ facility.
