Manchester property investments produced the best rental yield returns in the last quarter.
That’s according to the LendInvest buy-to-let index, which placed Manchester in the top three cities to invest in property within the UK, attracting rental yields of 6.04% and capital gains of 7.39%.
LendInvest has placed Manchester as the leading northern cities to watch, climbing from the eighth best location to invest in property in Q2 thanks to the lucrative yields and the three universities that amount to students comprising 15% of the city’s population, driving a thriving rental market.
