MGM, one of the leading developers of leaseback property in France, has this morning announced it has brought forward existing plans for further developments in the Grand Massif region of the French Alps. Richard Dean, UK based consultant for the MGM group stated that the developer had move forward the plans due to the increasing demand for property in the French Alps, and in particular in the area surrounding the Grand Massif. Dean went on to say that the new project, which will be MGM's sixth project in Samoens, will be called Les Chardon Argentes. The project will comprise of nine traditionally designed chalets containing a total of 70 new apartments. These new apartments will range from one bedroom properties up to spacious four-bedroom, two bathroom units. With 20 of the apartments in the Les Chardons Argentes development already being sold off plan, the project is already proving popular with people looking to invest in leaseback property in France. French leaseback property, such as the new development at Les Chardons Argentes has become increasingly popular in the region, as investors look to realise the huge potential for year-round tourism throughout the Grand Massif resorts. Whilst the winter months are busy due to the world-renowned skiing opportunities throughout the area, the summer months have seen increasing numbers visiting the area to make use of the world class facilities for hiking, cycling, fishing and climbing.
