An important part of our work here at Pure Student Property is to ensure our clients are kept well informed on the progress of the development they have invested in. As such, we are regular visitors to the many projects we offer, travelling throughout the UK visiting various different student developments every month.
Just yesterday we had an opportunity to visit the site of the new Falkland House development in Liverpool. Well situated, just a short walk from the main campuses of both the University of Liverpool and John Moores University, Falklands House proved a popular choice with investors looking to capitalise on the increases in demand for student property in Liverpool.
As the various photographs clearly show, the Falklands House development is well underway, with the steel work now up to the second level. The developers remain confident about delivery being in time for the academic year starting October 2013.
