Over the course of the past twelve months, one of our most popular student property investments was the Arndale House development in Liverpool.
A major redevelopment comprising of 160 boutique style studio units, Arndale House was the second student project from X1 Developments, following the successful launch of the nearby Borden Court in September 2013.
We are pleased to announce that construction work is on schedule, and the management company X1 Developments have assured us that Arndale House will be opening its doors to students as promised on the second week of September.
Now sold out, Arndale House proved hugely popular with investors looking to purchase a student investment property in Liverpool. Just a 3 minute walk from the main campus of Liverpool University (6 minutes to John Moores University), Arndale House offered investors a guaranteed rental return of 8% for the first five years.
