Phoenix Place | September Construction Update

Currently 5 days ahead of schedule, Phoenix Place is expected to complete in August 2018. All electric and water is now completed on site, alongside the concrete ground beams and lift pits. The drainage and service has been reprogrammed, with the main drainage connection completed on the 4th of September 2017.

Construction on block one is now well underway, with the landing Holorib and Easi edge being positioned. Once the structure is in place the floor progress will then begin. Likewise, the steal work in block two is due to be completed with the stairs due to be installed once the structure is completed. Work on the Holorib started and the beginning of September, once this is completed the concreate on the upper floors will be added.

Phoenix Place is set to offer the ultimate contemporary accommodation with 134 en-suite studio apartments. The ensuite studios are available from £49,950, offering a net of 9% for 5 years. Phoenix Place is perfectly situated on the edge of the £150 million Jennifer Project which will see the regeneration of a 45-acre site of land.
